His Royal Highness king Filippo Cognetti (born 2006) is a Azelian politician and micronationalist. Filippo Cognetti is King of Kingdom of Azelia since 25 may 2023 after a popular referendum took place. His Provisional head of state began on 17 march 2023, which is the official date of foundation of Azelia. However, his involvement in micronationalism goes way back to 2015, when he formed, with his classmates, the city of Sa.Ca.Fi.
