The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (Czech: Listina základních práv a svobod) is a document enacted in 2019 by the Gymnasium State. It is a constitutional act, that asserts human and civic rights, while the constitution defines the governing institutions of the state. The charter is based on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms of the Czechoslovak Federative Republic, used by the Czech Republic to this day.
