The RoA Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or sometimes AEPA) is an agency of the federal government of the Republic of Atlantis charged with protecting human health and the environment, by writing and enforcing regulations based on laws passed by Parliament. The EPA was proposed by Prime Minister Alexander Eastwood and began operation on 10 October 2010. The EPA is not a Cabinet department, but the director is normally given cabinet rank.
